Return and Exchange Policy

Terms and conditions for the return and exchange of purchased items

  1. The exchange option is available for the items purchased within the last 3 days only (according to the date on the receipt).
  2. You must always bring with you the original receipt or tax invoice you want to exchange or return.
  3. The products have been purchased from Merimies official stores only.
  4. Purchased items in perfect condition according to the Return and Exchange Policy.
  5. The company reserves the right to inspect the product. before considering taking for Return and Exchange.
  6. The company reserves the right not to change, return promotional products and all kinds of clearance products.

The exchange or return option is not available for the following items.

  1. There is no original receipt or tax invoice provided.
  2. Products that have been modified or altered.
  3. Products with scratches, tear, damage, or stains due to the customer’s action.
  4. Products that are missing important parts or equipment, for example, price tags and packaging, or damaged goods.
  5. Products that the customer wants to exchange or return after 3 days have passed since the date of purchase (the date stated on the receipt) and the products have been purchased from Merimies official stores.
  6. For the orders using a discount coupon or receiving novelties on the orders, these orders will not be eligible for return.
  7. Promotional products, Gift product and all kinds of clearance products cannot return.
